2 Things.
1. How in the hell does security NOT figure out that Joey is the singer in the band after he’s been on the stage for over an hour…
and,2. Props to Joey for going on with the show right where the left off after being tackled by the ridiculous security guard.
Another view. Don’tcha just love modern technology. They were sounding amazing though. Charlie Benante is a force of nature.
sooo thankful i got to see anthrax last night. they put on a damn good show
1) Was in the front row of the concert
2) got “Caught in a Mosh” while Anthrax was playing “Caught in a Mosh”
3) saw a dude having a seizure when I went to the Bathroom
4) I shook Joey Belladonna’s hand (fangirl moment)
5) Fist bumped Scott Ian and strummed his guitar!
6) CROWD SURFING!
7) 6 hours or heavy metal = deaf for the next 4 hours
8) horrible case of the munchies
9) I can’t feel my legs
10) sang so much, so loud, and so hard my voice is no longer.
It was a fucking awesome show!!!
Anthrax’s show at The club Nokia in LA-
During Anthrax’s encore song, “Metal Thrashing Mad”, a fan got up on stage,and not long after that a security guard jumps on stage and tackles the fan into Joey Belladonna. Joey is ok..and as a fan that lives in CA, Joey I just want to say, we’re sorry.. we dont have a lot of smart ppl working as security guards over here.. hope your feeling better.
Hope that security guard got fired. Moron.
